Sidereal Days (Day 1) &(Day 2) -released 10/17/2025 and 09/25/2026

Renowned Critic Robert Christgau, gives the Sidereal Days (Day 2) album a “B+” rating, in his “And It Don’t Stop – Consumer Guide for September 2026” and former Village Voice Critic, Tom Hull, in his “On The Web - Music Review: September Archive In Progress for 9/12/26,” gives it an “A.”

Tom Hull says, “…Robert Christgau posted his Consumer Guide: September 2026. I broke this down into four lists:
1.    Albums I hadn’t heard…
2.    Albums I’ve heard that he likes more than I do…
3.    Albums I’ve heard that I like more than he does: Jeff Evans Porkestra (A− vs. ★), Bill Scorzari (A vs. B+), Vince Staples (A− vs. ★).
4.    Albums I’ve heard where we’re pretty close…
… But group 3 bothers me more, because I’ve spent enough time with those albums to rate them higher. ...the Scorzari mismatch is the one I find unfathomable. I reviewed the album a couple weeks ago, but I didn’t include it on Substack because it wasn’t out yet. It’s out today, so I wanted to show it off here. It’s currently my number two album of 2026..." - Tom Hull, "On The Web, Music Week (9:4) A few select reviews from week 4 of month 9 (September 25, 2025)"

Both Christgau and Hull give the Sidereal Days (Day 1) album an “A” rating.  "…speaking very generally I’d mention my special attraction to what over the years I’ve come to call for the sake of brevity ‘good albums’…28. Tyler Childers: Snipe Hunter & nbsp; (RCA), 29. Amanda Shires: Nobody’s Girl (ATO), …43. Bill Scorzari: Sidereal Days (Day 1) (self‑released) …51. Peter Stampfel, Friends & Daughters: Song Shards (Jalopy)…56. Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts: Talkin to the Trees (Reprise)..." -And It Don't Stop / Dean's List: 2025 - The 61 best albums of last year (or so), by Robert Christgau  May 07, 2026
