On Friday, we completed the drums/percussion for "She Says." Many thanks to Bill Herman for his perfectly understated performance and work on this track! Bill knows this music better than anyone and his input continues to be a truly valued and greatly appreciated resource since the very first session. This week we will continue to focus on completing the remaining drum tracks for the "Just The Same" album, starting with performances by Kathryn "Kat" Buchwald tonight and more with Bill H. later in the week. Kat and I formed a band with a group of friends a few years ago and have been having a great time performing at local venues. I'm looking forward to having her add some drum tracks to the "Just The Same" album. Come see Kat and the rest of the band perform on the Chapin Rainbow Stage at the Long Island Fall Festival www.lifallfestival.com, in Huntington's Heckscher Park, from 8pm to 10pm on October 6th, 2012! I'll be performing some of the "Just The Same" album at the Festival, on the same stage at 5pm that same night.
